WORK SCHEDULE: You acknowledge that I am working full-time and that time may vary with commission work. If you feel I am taking too long, you are always free to message me; however do consider that I can only work on commissions after I'm done with work.

REVISIONS: You agree that you are only allowed to request for revisions on relevant stages of the work (for example - pose changes at the sketch/composition stage, detail additions at lineart, color changes at the final composition, etc.). You are aware that you are only allowed one batch of minor revisions after the commission has been finished -- any more will incur a fee that will depend on the revision.

RUSH WORK & DEADLINES: You agree that with any deadlines given, the time given must be reasonable, and you are to pay an extra fee if I am to finish something within a very short period of time.

PAYMENT: I will only charge the first half of the commission price once you approve of the sketch (which will be heavily watermarked). Once I am done, I will send you a watermarked and low-res version of the finished piece.

USAGE FOR CRYPTO/NFTs AND AI TOOLS: You agree that my art will only be for personal use, and to NOT be sold and/or minted as NFTs or to be used to train machine learning/artificial intelligence tools. You also agree and understand that this commission will be paid in fiat currency (USD or PHP) and not with any form of cryptocurrency. You agree that upon attempting to do such things, your commission will be immediately cancelled, and you will lose personal usage rights over my art.

TRANSPARENCY: I will try my best to update at least once a week, even if I haven't touched your commission yet. It is my responsibility to let you know where your commission is at, and to let you know if I cannot start right away. You will not pay for something you have not seen yet (at least, for commissions that aren't icons or chibis).

USAGE RIGHTS: Usage of my art is allowed as icons, banners, wallpapers, etc.; however, I retain full ownership and rights to the art and I can post it whenever i want to promote myself or to exhibit my works, unless you state otherwise.

PRIVACY: The commissioner reserves the right to keep the commission private. If so, I will not post it to my social media.

CANCELLING: Both of us reserve the right to cancel the commission at almost any stage of the work flow (except when I am finished with your work).

STANDARD REFUND POLICY: Due to the payment & transparency system of standard commissions, there will be no refunds issued, as you will be paying for progress you've already seen.

UPFRONT REFUND POLICY: Payment will be upfront for commissions that are small and can be finished in one sitting (icons, chibis, etc.) or if the client requested said payment method. If the client wishes for a refund, it is my responsibility to refund you half of the agreed price and show progress of the artwork. No refunds after the commission has been done.

DELIVERABLES: The art I will provide for you is only in digital form, that will be sent to you via email in .PNG format, AFTER you've paid the final commission fee. Before paying the final commission fee, I will send you a heavily watermarked preview.

ARTIST'S COMMERCIAL RIGHTS: Commissioning me for something that will be used for commercial purposes would require a contract from the commissioner that both parties need to sign, for both our protection. The commission cannot start and no progress will be seen until so.

OFFICIAL RECEIPT: As a registered Philippine freelancer, it is my responsibility to provide you with an official receipt (in Philippine pesos). Take note that your name and email address in your Paypal account will be the one used for the OR and for bookkeeping. If you are a registered business, please provide business name and address for the OR.
